We recently moved into a house in Lexington, SC. After speaking with several companies that install home entertainment, sound and alarm systems we chose Audio One.

One for several reasons mainly:

2. The excellent customer service from Audio One's Ken Early.

Throughout the process of deciding which products to purchase and the actual installation, Ken was a pleasure to work with and was always very attentive to our needs and wishes. He followed up in our home after each stage of installation to make sure we were satisfied. He was patient with us as we altered our original plans several times.

Audio One has installed the following in our home: a complex home security system, home theatre room and a four point home audio systems. The installation crews were pleasant and competent. They were very careful to clean well behind themselves and they each were very courteous and thoughtful as well. I fully recommend without hesitation Audio One for one's home entertainment and security system needs.
